Are you organising an event in Weymouth, Portland or South Dorset? We make it simple for you to submit your event’s details to us so we can publish them quickly on VisitorsWeymouth.co.uk and help spread the word for you. There are two ways of getting your event information on the site.
- Use our simple upload form to send us basic event information that will be included on our events calendar. Click here for the form and send us the information straight away, we’ll usually have it listed on the calendar for you within 24 hours. Click here now to add event to calendar.
- Upload full details of your event including photographs, links to your website etc. This will give you a full page feature on the site complete with photo gallery, Interactive Map and links to your website. Your page will be translated into over 20 languages and our site users will be able to comment on the event. You’ll need to register as a site user first in order to be able to access the upload form click here now to register it will only take a couple of minutes to do this you can then return to this page and follow the link below to our event upload page.

Please take a look at our Terms and Conditions below. They are quite straightforward really and whenever you send us any information for publication you will be agreeing to them :-
- You must register as a user of this site before you can submit an entry. We need you to do this to enable future communication between ourselves should any changes be needed to your details.
- We will never pass your information on to a third party although of course the content of your entry will be available to all who visit the site. Your e mail address will not appear on the site unless you choose to also include it in your copy.
- By sending us information regarding a business, event etc you are confirming that you have the authority to do so. ie you are the owner of the business or event organiser or have the permission of the owner or event organiser.
- Any images you submit must be owned by you or the relevant business or event organiser or you have been granted the rights to use them by the owner of the image. By submitting an image you are confirming that this is the case.
- You accept that VisitorsWeymouth.co.uk offers no guarantees as to how long your entry will be published for and accepts no liability for errors on the entry. We will of course when asked do all we can to correct a wrong entry or worst case delete it and allow you to add it again.
- You agree that online readers of VisitorsWeymouth.co.uk can post comments and rate your event. (n.b comments will be moderated by ourselves before they appear online. Comments that we consider unreasonable or derogatory will not be approved for publication.)
