Weymouth based holiday letting specialists, Dream Cottages, is launching a new division to extend its portfolio of luxurious holiday lets in Dorset. Sailing Cottages will be launched at a special open day event at the Dream Cottages offices, Wednesday 25th November, 2-8pm and is open to anyone interested in finding out more about letting properties.
“This an exciting time for the area,” commented Joy Sangster, sales & marketing director. “With the Sailing Cottages division we want to inspire and encourage those people owning properties locally and close to the sea to consider the current accommodation opportunities and those presented by the 2012 Games.”
“The event promises to be a fun and informative one, with experts from Dream Cottages at hand to advise on all areas of property letting. We are also delighted to have Mark Painter a Business Adviser from Business Link attending the event to offer advice and guidance to potential new landlords.’
Support from associated organisations does not stop there. Weymouth Tourist Information Centre will also be attending the event to inform guests and potential landlords on the VisitBritain accreditation scheme. ‘We want everyone who comes along to walk away with everything they need to know about letting a property so that they can maximize the accommodation opportunities presented by the 2012 Games,‘ said Joy.
